Been meaning to ask this. I've been here for 8 years and You can expect to pay around $1,369 for rent here. Poverty rate is 7.2%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Worth the trade-offs? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
