Best and worst neighborhoods in Woodlawn CDP (Prince George's County)

I'm originally from Dallas and Crime rate is something to consider -Woodlawn CDP (Prince George's County) sits at 393.3 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 7.8%, which is concerning. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem excellent.

I've been here 15 years and I have mixed feelings honestly. The thing nobody mentions is cost of living. It's growing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the cultural scene is legit. And if you're into photography, this place is improving.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Westside side vs the Greenfield side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..

I'm a nurse and I've found it's not perfect but it works for me. The community is underrated and there's always something going on.
