Healthcare options in Woodlawn CDP (Prince George's County)?

Hello, I'm a remote worker and The unemployment rate is 7.8%, which is concerning. It's a a small town city with about 7,221 people. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Thanks! Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 2 years ago from Pittsburgh and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Maple Ridge. It's pretty good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is wild right now, especially in retail. If you're in real estate you might struggle.

People: Generally average. It took about 13 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: decent. Tons of options if you like Mexican.

Feel free to reach out with questions..
