Hello, I'm a remote worker and The unemployment rate is 7.8%, which is concerning. It's a a small town city with about 7,221 people. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Thanks! Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
