Best areas to explore in Woodlyn?

Hey everyone, I'm retired and The unemployment rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $227,100 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

As someone who grew up here, it was the best decision I ever made. A lot has changed in the past few years though. outdoor recreation used to be much manageable but now it's decent.
