First post here. I'm originally from Tampa and The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $174,942, which feels pretty solid for the area. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Any advice would be great. The weather takes some getting used to.
