Working in Woodmoor -salaries realistic?

OK so I'm retired and Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Worth the trade-offs? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is weather. it was the best decision I ever made. Worth doing your research before committing.
