OK so I've been here for 8 years and The median home value here is around $351,900, which seems about average. Rent is about $891/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I wrong here? Thanks in advance! Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
