Job hunting in Woodstock -tips?

Median household income is $105,396, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $387,300 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. Has anyone dealt with this? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Weather-wise, the summers are improving and winters are growing. You get used to it after the first year.
