OK so It's a a smaller city city with about 36,297 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Would love some local perspective. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
