I work in automotive and Median household income is $83,293, which feels pretty solid for the area. Poverty rate is 5.8%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

I've lived in Pine Hills for about 14 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
it exceeded my expectations. When I first moved here from Charlotte, I was surprised by healthcare. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- The safety scene is tough
The downsides:
- Winters are long and cold
- Homeless population growing downtown
