I'm single, late 20s, and The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. Worth the trade-offs? Looking forward to hearing from you all. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem excellent.
I've been here 8 years and it exceeded my expectations. The thing nobody mentions is healthcare. It's reasonable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the community vibe is legit. And if you're into fishing, this place is pretty good.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The The Heights side vs the Midtown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
Would recommend to anyone considering it..
