Hey, I'm a remote worker and Average temperature is around 49--F, so expect cold winters. Poverty rate is 5.8%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I overthinking this? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
