Studio apartments in Woonsocket -options?

Hello, I'm single, late 50s, and The unemployment rate is 5.1%, which is about average. With a population of 43,074, Woonsocket is a smaller city. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. Worth the trade-offs?

Bought a house here in 2018 and it's been a really good experience overall. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
