Is Worcester a good place to live?

Hi all, I'm originally from Indianapolis and The unemployment rate is 4.1%, which is about average. Average temperature is around 51°F, so expect cold winters. Median household income is $67,544, which feels about average for the area. Household incomes average around $67,544 in Worcester. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Pros:
- Friendly people
- Low taxes
- Good healthcare facilities
- Good internet infrastructure

Cons:
- Hot summers
- Rising rent prices
- Homelessness issues downtown
Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. Weather-wise, the summers are excellent and winters are developing. You get used to it after the first year.
