Hi all, Rent is about $1,415/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $67,544 in Worcester. Average temperature is around 51°F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $339,500 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. Looking forward to hearing from you all. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

I'm a teacher and I've found I have mixed feelings honestly. The community is decent and there's always something going on.

Weather-wise, the summers are excellent and winters are manageable. You get used to it after the first year.

Used to live on the Downtown side, now on the Lakewood side. Completely different vibe. I love the pace of life here.

My experience has been mostly positive. it exceeded my expectations. The only thing I'd watch out for is community vibe. Other than that, Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
