Random thought, I'm a 22-year-old mechanic and The unemployment rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $215,400 on average. I've lived in Greenfield for about 3 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from San Francisco, I was surprised by outdoor recreation. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Active local events and festivals
- Close to major attractions
- The healthcare scene is improving

The downsides:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Nightlife is limited

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for singles. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
