Hi all, My family moved here when I was a kid. The median home value here is around $184,200, which is actually reasonable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What do you all think? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
