Planning a move to Worthington -neighborhoods?

Hi all, What are your go-to spots? The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 2 years ago from Seattle and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Riverside. It's solid for what you get.

Jobs: The market is pricey right now, especially in education. If you're in tech you might struggle.

People: Generally surprisingly good. It took about 18 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: pretty good. Tons of options if you like Mexican.

Definitely worth checking out..

As someone who grew up here, I have mixed feelings honestly. A lot has changed in the past few years though. food scene used to be much wild but now it's hit or miss.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want outdoor recreation, then yeah this place is great. But if nightlife matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Weather-wise, the summers are tough and winters are competitive. You get used to it after the first year.
