Hi all, I've been here for 12 years and Homes are going for about $205,900 on average. With a population of 2,305, Wray is a small town. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Should I be concerned? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
