Hi all, Been living here since 2007. Median household income is $67,077, which feels about average for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Wright sits at 340.0 per 100K. Rent is about $1,419/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What would you do? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
