Unpopular opinion about Wrightsville

Hi all, I've been here for 17 years and The median home value here is around $62,400, which is actually reasonable. Median household income is $45,104, which feels on the lower side for the area. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Does this match your experience? Thanks in advance!

I'm a physical therapist and I've found I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The community is better than expected and there's always something going on.
