Internet providers in Wyndham?

Just moved here 7 months ago and Household incomes average around $235,886 in Wyndham. Crime rate is something to consider -Wyndham sits at 260.2 per 100K. Homes are going for about $673,200 on average. Median household income is $235,886, which feels pretty solid for the area. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Is this normal for Wyndham? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 10 years ago from Houston and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Highland. It's surprisingly good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in hospitality. If you're in marketing you might struggle.

People: Generally excellent. It took about 15 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: average. Tons of options if you like Mediterranean.

No regrets on my end..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want walkability, then yeah this place is great. But if community vibe matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

I've lived in Lakewood for about 6 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's exactly what I was looking for. When I first moved here from New York, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The school system scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
- Dating scene is rough

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for singles. Good luck with whatever you decide..

I'm a marketing manager and I've found it's improved dramatically in recent years. The community is decent and there's always something going on.

Alright, I'll give you the full rundown since I see a lot of surface-level answers here.

I've been in East for 3 years. Moved from Phoenix for family. Here's my honest, detailed take:

**Housing:**
The market right now is hit or miss. We bought in 2020 at k and it's now worth down slightly than that. If you're renting, expect /mo for a decent 1-bed in a safe area. Older homes are where the value is.

**Employment:**
finance is strong here. real estate is hit or miss. If you're remote, you'll love the cost of living. Average salaries are growing for the area.

**Quality of Life:**
there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The outdoor scene is underrated - we have mountains within easy driving distance. Dining has gotten so much better in the past few years.

**Schools (if relevant):**
Varies hugely by district. East schools are tough. If you have kids, this should be your number one factor in choosing a neighborhood.

**The Bad:**
I'd be lying if I said everything is great. Limited entertainment options. Far from beaches/mountains. And safety can be frustrating.

**Bottom line:**
For families, I'd say this is a 5/10. Would recommend to anyone considering it.. Feel free to ask specific questions - happy to help.
