Hey folks, I'm originally from Baltimore and Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. Would love some local perspective. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
