Is Wynnewood still affordable?

I grew up here but left for a while. You can expect to pay around $1,938 for rent here. Rent is about $1,938/month for a decent place. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Should I be concerned? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 1 years ago from Nashville and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in East. It's tough for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in real estate. If you're in retail you might struggle.

People: Generally average. It took about 12 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: better than expected. Tons of options if you like Italian.

Definitely worth checking out..
