I grew up here but left for a while. You can expect to pay around $1,938 for rent here. Rent is about $1,938/month for a decent place. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Should I be concerned? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
