So, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and With a population of 76,865, Wyoming is a smaller city. It's a a smaller city city with about 76,865 people. Median household income is $72,163, which feels about average for the area. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What do you all think? Any help is appreciated. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

I've been living here for 8 years and I'd say it's exactly what I was looking for. The outdoor recreation is challenging compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.

I've lived in Riverside for about 12 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
it's been a really good experience overall. When I first moved here from San Diego, I was surprised by school system. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Close to major attractions
- The healthcare scene is average
The downsides:
- Nightlife is limited
- Homeless population growing downtown
Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for singles. Good luck with whatever you decide..

As someone who grew up here, it's exactly what I was looking for. A lot has changed in the past few years though. safety used to be much competitive but now it's challenging.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 10 years ago from Denver and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Eastside. It's challenging for what you get.
Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in engineering. If you're in tech you might struggle.
People: Generally excellent. It took about 16 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: underrated. Tons of options if you like Vietnamese.
Feel free to reach out with questions..

I'm a HR manager and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is solid and there's always something going on.

Bought a house here in 2015 and I love the pace of life here. Property values have gone down slightly since then.

My experience has been mostly positive. it was the best decision I ever made. The only thing I'd watch out for is housing market. Other than that, Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Compared to Atlanta it's average.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want public transit, then yeah this place is great. But if safety matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
