Random thought, Median household income is $72,163, which feels about average for the area. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Am I wrong here? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
