Wyoming vs New York -which is better?

Hey folks, I'm originally from San Francisco and Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. With a population of 76,865, Wyoming is a smaller city. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want safety, then yeah this place is great. But if nightlife matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
