OK so Just moved here 9 months ago and The median home value here is around $328,900, which seems about average. Median household income is $101,938, which feels pretty solid for the area. Poverty rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,117/month for a decent place. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
