Random thought, Median household income is $54,616, which feels on the lower side for the area. With a population of 25,555, Xenia is a smaller city. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Has anyone dealt with this? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
