What's it really like living in Xenia?

Hello, Been living here since 2023. Homes are going for about $147,300 on average. The median home value here is around $147,300, which is actually reasonable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Public transit is better than expected here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's not perfect but it works for me.
