Is public transit usable in Yabucoa zona urbana?
Hello, I relocated for work and Homes are going for about $99,400 on average. Median household income is $17,511, which feels on the lower side for the area. With a population of 5,740, Yabucoa zona urbana is a small town. Poverty rate is 54.5%, which is higher than I expected. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. What do you all think? Thanks in advance! The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
