Commute times in Yankton -how bad?

Hello, Rent is about $780/month for a decent place. Median household income is $69,071, which feels about average for the area. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Is this normal for Yankton? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. I have mixed feelings honestly. Compared to Miami it's better than expected.
