Moving to Yarmouth Port for work -advice?

Hey, We're a young couple and Median household income is $108,563, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $542,600, which is pretty steep. Poverty rate is 4.7%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,636 for rent here. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Any help is appreciated. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Definitely worth checking out..
