Best neighborhoods in Yauco zona urbana

So, It's a a small town city with about 14,903 people. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Worth the trade-offs? The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Bought a house here in 2024 and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Property values have gone about the same since then.

Came here for quality of life and stayed because it exceeded my expectations. The dating scene is honestly pretty good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
