Hi all, I've been here for 19 years and Household incomes average around $22,777 in Yauco zona urbana. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What would you do? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Bought a house here in 2022 and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
