Freelancing from Yelm -experience?

So, I'm a college student here and With a population of 10,618, Yelm is a small town. Rent is about $1,363/month for a decent place. Median household income is $88,279, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I've been living here for 2 years and I'd say the quality of life is solid. The safety is tough compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..

We moved here with our family and it was the best decision I ever made. Schools in Meadowbrook area are hit or miss. Kids love it here.
