Best and worst neighborhoods in Yonkers

OK so I grew up here but left for a while. Crime rate is something to consider — Yonkers sits at 353.9 per 100K. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Bought a house here in 2024 and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
