Co-working spaces in Yonkers?

Longtime lurker here, My family moved here when I was a kid. The median home value here is around $478,000, which is pretty steep. It's a a mid-size city city with about 210K people. With a population of 210K, Yonkers is a mid-size city. The unemployment rate is 4.8%, which is about average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. My experience has been mostly positive. I have mixed feelings honestly. The only thing I'd watch out for is walkability. Other than that, It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Hot take but I genuinely enjoy living here. I know a lot of people disagree but after 10 years here, that's my honest assessment.

I've been living here for 1 years and I'd say I have mixed feelings honestly. The school system is hit or miss compared to other places I've lived. Overall No regrets on my end..
