Not sure if this has been asked before, but Born and raised here. It's a a mid-size city city with about 210K people. Household incomes average around $81,816 in Yonkers. Homes are going for about $478,000 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Does this match your experience? The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
