Most overrated things about Yonkers

Anyone else feel this way? Poverty rate is 11.6%, which is around average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Anyone in a similar situation? Looking forward to hearing from you all. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is housing market. the quality of life is solid. Worth doing your research before committing.
