Longtime lurker here, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Average temperature is around 55°F, so expect cold winters. The unemployment rate is 4.8%, which is about average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Should I be concerned? Looking forward to hearing from you all. The city has invested a lot in new development.
