My family moved here when I was a kid. The median home value here is around $1,091,700, which is pretty steep. Crime rate is something to consider -Yorba Linda sits at 61.6 per 100K. Average temperature is around 68--F, so the weather is moderate. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Worth the trade-offs? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
