Is Yorba Linda walkable?

First post here. I've been here for 9 years and Average temperature is around 68--F, so the weather is moderate. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Is this normal for Yorba Linda? Thanks for reading. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Bought a house here in 2023 and I genuinely enjoy living here. Property values have gone down slightly since then.

Weather-wise, the summers are pretty good and winters are wild. You get used to it after the first year.
