Starting a business in Yorba Linda?

Hey everyone, The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I wrong here? TIA! Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Hot take but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. I know a lot of people disagree but after 12 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it's exactly what I was looking for. Compared to Denver it's underrated.

The food scene here is excellent. Tons of great seafood places. I genuinely enjoy living here.
