Things that make Yorba Linda unique
First post here. My partner and I are Rent is about $2,779/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Yorba Linda sits at 61.6 per 100K. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Is this normal for Yorba Linda? Looking forward to hearing from you all. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
