Random thought, My family moved here when I was a kid. Poverty rate is 4.9%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 68--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What are your go-to spots? Appreciate any input.
