Anyone else feel this way? I'm a nurse at the local hospital and With a population of 1,402, Yorklyn is a small town. Homes are going for about $194,200 on average. Poverty rate is 6.2%, which is pretty low. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What are your go-to spots?
