Moving to Yorkville -what should I know?

Hey folks, Median household income is $109,643, which feels pretty solid for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Any advice would be great. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Weather-wise, the summers are excellent and winters are reasonable. You get used to it after the first year.

Used to live on the Riverside side, now on the Westside side. Completely different vibe. the quality of life is solid.
