Thinking about relocating to Youngstown from Houston

We have two kids and Homes are going for about $58,400 on average. With a population of 59,605, Youngstown is a smaller city. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Thoughts?

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I have mixed feelings honestly. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
