Planning a move to Youngsville -neighborhoods?

Hey, We're a young couple and Poverty rate is 7.9%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Should I be concerned? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

We moved here with our family and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Schools in Meadowbrook area are pretty good. Kids love it here.
